1. About BitsAccurate and This Policy
BitsAccurate is a registered business (UDYAM Registration: UDYAM-BR-35-0051251) engaged in software development services, operating remotely from Delhi, India and serving clients across India and the Middle East.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit bitsaccurate.in, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We are committed to handling your data honestly and transparently.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act 2000 (India), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), and applicable international data protection principles.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, project type, and message. This is transmitted to our business email through Google Apps Script.
When you engage us for a project, we may also collect: company name, business requirements, project documents, and payment information needed to complete the engagement.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit our website, analytics tools collect data about your visit automatically. This is described fully in the Analytics and Cookies section below.
We do not collect: financial data beyond what is needed for invoicing, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal data, unless specifically required for a contracted project.

GA4 collects: approximate geographic location (city level), device type, browser type, pages visited, time on pages, and how users arrived at our site. GA4 does not collect your name or email address. Data is processed by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Clarity does not record passwords or payment information. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. You can manage this at: account.microsoft.com
COOKIES AND YOUR CONSENT
The tools above set cookies in your browser. When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner. If you click Accept, analytics cookies are enabled. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set and the tools above will not track your session. You can change your browser settings to manage or delete cookies at any time.
